In 2011, Shenzhen Bohongchuang Electronic Tech Co., Ltd., an affiliate of LTI, participated and won in an open bidding for provision of multi-media information release systems for 4 “Schools of Wisdom” in Chancheng district of Foshan city in Guangdong. Currently, the system hardware & software has been in stable operation for almost 2 years.

Building “Schools of Wisdom” is initiated by the Foshan municipal government with a grand vision of building a city of wisdom. Installation of multi-media information release system is one of the steps for creating “school of wisdom”, which is featured by owning a common platform for school internal data sharing and information services. Application of the system in school can also make teaching and learning lively and interesting, which in turn produces enhanced quality and efficiency in education.

In this project, digital displays in sizes of 26”, 32”, 42” and 55”, both wall-mounted and floor-standing style were installed in the administrative building, library, teaching building, canteen and other public areas of the 4 schools. It firstly serves for comprehensive information publishing of the school. Secondly, with the live broadcast function of the system, good teaching and training lessons of all kinds can be broadcast live to all terminal displays of the same network. The system allows even the distant sub-branches of the school participate in the live teaching and training without deploying video conference equipment. When school expands and more schools or sub-branches appear, they can also be easily taken in the same system network.

In recent years, schools of all levels have been expanded very rapidly in size. As a result, there is a trend for building digitalized “School of Wisdom” based on a common platform for data sharing and information publishing.
